The role
Design and develop GenAI, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and multi-objective optimization solutions to transform ad retrieval, auctions, whole-page relevance, and shopping experiences across non-Search surfaces.
Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product managers to build scalable, production-ready science solutions that impact the customer journey.
Apply advances in GenAI and Large Language Models to create innovative prototypes and concepts while upholding responsible AI principles.
Enhance the team's scientific and technical capabilities by implementing robust algorithms, methodologies, and infrastructure that enable rapid experimentation and scaling.
Mentor junior scientists and engineers to cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team.
Focus on Off-Search surfaces (e.g., product detail pages, homepage, store pages) to deliver highly personalized, context-aware ads that complement organic recommendations and drive monetization.
