The role
Own the vision and roadmap for customer-facing AI across mobile, web, and emerging digital channels.
Define high-impact use cases for conversational AI, recommendations, and guided journeys to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with UX, research, engineering, data science, risk, and marketing to deliver trusted, explainable AI experiences.
Lead end-to-end delivery: requirements, backlog prioritization, release planning, and performance measurement.
Establish governance to ensure consistent, compliant experiences and alignment with customer trust expectations.
Track KPIs such as engagement, conversion, satisfaction, and business impact, and communicate tradeoffs to leadership.
