The role
Support and coach a cohort of scholars to secure and excel in junior-year finance internships.
Provide one-on-one coaching on professional readiness, interview skills, and long-term career development.
Lead group sessions on finance workplace norms, internship expectations, and performance standards.
Track progress with rubrics and data to inform coaching, program decisions, and outcomes.
Develop scalable systems, feedback loops with finance partners, and learning pathways to support student growth.
Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, hybrid Chicago-based environment.
