The role
Partner with product and engineering to drive data-informed monetization across subscriptions, advertising, and virtual currencies.
Define success metrics, lead experimentation, and translate behavioral and economic data into actionable product decisions.
Build scalable data science foundations to support rapid iteration, long-term growth, and measurable revenue impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement analytics tooling, metrics, and dashboards for monetization initiatives.
Navigate fast-moving, data-sparse environments with clarity, curiosity, and rigorous experimentation.
Mentor teammates and shape data practices to influence roadmap through quantitative insights.
