The role
A Lead Game Developer is sought to oversee the end-to-end development of innovative Unity3D games, utilising strong technical skills in Unity and C#. The role involves developing efficient workflows, managing and motivating a team of developers, and engaging with stakeholders through updates and discussions. Candidates should have experience in building and animating 3D characters and environments, with a creative problem-solving mindset. Knowledge of AI, digital humans, and the metaverse is desirable, along with leadership capabilities and accountability for the full development cycle. The position offers a flexible working environment, in-person meetings in Oxford, and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative setting.
