The role

A senior AI operations manager is responsible for overseeing the operational performance, reliability, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise AI platforms. The role includes managing AI in production environments, ensuring operational readiness, incident handling, and monitoring via DevOps practices. Candidates should have substantial experience operating AI, analytics or technology platforms with knowledge of cloud services, APIs, and AI security. Proficiency in DevOps tools such as CI/CD, monitoring systems, and incident management is essential. Familiarity with AI/ML, generative AI, and Microsoft AI tools like Azure AI Foundry and Co-pilot is highly desirable. The position requires strong stakeholder and team management skills, along with at least five years' relevant experience, including two in AI or advanced analytics.
