The role
Lead C# Software Engineer to steer a small team in developing C# .NET software for robotic arms in a machine control environment.
Drive design, development, and testing by producing functional, software, and test specifications.
Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely delivery.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a high-performance culture and meeting project deadlines.
Required: strong C#/.NET skills, experience with servo drive and electrical control systems, and client-facing exposure.
Hands-on development and leadership responsibilities to ensure software solutions align with customer needs.
