The role
Provide direct, evidence-based physical therapy to patients across the lifespan in an inpatient setting, with a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for qualified candidates.
Assess, treat, and optimize mobility and functional independence through individualized, goal-driven plans.
Document timely and accurately to support medical necessity and billing while adhering to regulatory standards.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, progress, and discharge planning.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams, supervise clinical staff as appropriate, and contribute to department operations.
Maintain professional development and licensure requirements with flexible scheduling options and opportunities for growth.
