The role
Create scalable, secure, and maintainable software for web applications and data pipelines.
Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps using Agile.
Mentor junior engineers, conduct thorough pull request reviews, and welcome constructive feedback.
Emphasize observability, alerts, metrics, high test coverage, and frequent incremental releases.
Work on machine learning objectives, deploying models to production and addressing data quality and security concerns.
Operate as a trusted technical decision-maker in a cross-functional team to deliver scalable business value.
