The role
Join the Search Ranking Team to develop cutting-edge information retrieval and machine learning algorithms that enhance user experience in search and recommendations.
Tackle challenges such as trillion-scale index libraries, models with trillions of parameters, ultra-long user sequences, and large-scale sparse models.
Explore how large-scale models will reshape search, recommendation, and ranking by leveraging world knowledge, multimodal understanding, generative models, scaling laws, sparse MoE, and reinforcement learning.
Apply modern ML, AI, NLP/vision techniques to improve query understanding, video understanding, and the ranking of results.
Design and ship end-to-end search components, from indexing to reranking, grounded in information retrieval and ML.
Collaborate across teams, communicate effectively, and align solutions with product objectives to deliver impactful results.
