The role
A law firm seeks a qualified senior conflicts lawyer with over five years' experience managing conflicts of interest, including within international jurisdictions. The role involves reviewing and enhancing conflicts processes, acting as an escalation point for complex issues, and leading internal investigations related to conflicts. The successful candidate will provide guidance on conflict clauses in client agreements and contribute to technological developments in conflict management. They will also design and deliver firm-wide training on conflicts policies. Proficiency in conflicts rules under the SRA and experience with international conflicts are highly desirable skills for this position.
