The role
Oversee NYC Fair Workweek compliance and serve as field support for restaurant operations.
Monitor and report on compliance metrics, including breaks, task completion, premium pay data, and labor-law postings.
Review schedule publications to ensure they meet company standards and resolve outstanding issues.
Manage permanent schedule availability changes and shift pickup requests in scheduling software (Harri).
Support restaurant hiring by guiding managers through onboarding and scheduling for new crewmembers in Harri.
Review, troubleshoot, and resolve timekeeping errors and crewmember protests before payroll closes; travel up to 25% to support multiple locations.
