The role
An Industrial Engineer supports operational projects and industrial activities by analysing processes, implementing Lean practices, and managing operational improvements across facilities. The role involves applying data-driven analysis, conducting time studies, and standardising workflows to enhance safety, quality, and productivity. Candidates should have a degree in industrial engineering, experience in process analysis and layout design, and proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and industrial engineering principles is essential, with familiarity with WMS or ERP systems preferred. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work on cross-functional projects, and occasional travel within EMEA regions.
