The role
Lead end-to-end mobile development for iOS and Android using React Native, shaping architecture and technical roadmap.
Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices to deliver scalable, high-performance apps.
Collaborate with onsite stakeholders, architects, and product owners to translate business requirements into robust mobile solutions.
Optimize performance, memory usage, crash rates; ensure security, privacy, encryption, secure storage, and compliance with enterprise mobility standards.
Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, backend systems, and third-party SDKs; implement SSO, OAuth, and SAML; work with real-time tech (WebSockets, RTC, LaunchDarkly); manage CI/CD and app deployments.
Contribute in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, perform risk assessment and root cause analyses, and push innovation through proofs of concept and AI-assisted development.
