Senior Employment Lawyer

The role involves providing strategic employment law advice and legal risk management within an established, international organisation in Leeds. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and HR teams, assisting with policy development, employment documentation, and organisational design. They will serve as a trusted advisor on complex employment matters, supporting organisational decision-making and liaising with external counsel where necessary. The position offers flexibility, autonomy, and high-quality legal work within a collaborative environment. An in-house background with at least five years' PQE in employment law is required, with appointment suited to a pragmatic and solutions-driven solicitor. Knowledge of financial services regulation is advantageous but not a necessity.
