Lead and craft simple, human-centric content within a structured content model, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
Oversee refactoring and migration of existing content to a new structured model, upholding quality and governance.
Create content optimized for AI/LLM consumption while preserving a strong human user experience.
Collaborate with product, tech, operations, and design to implement content strategies and governance practices.
Manage multiple deliverables, including content, strategy roadmaps, and project plans, with a focus on continuous improvement.
