The role
Lead workstreams and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions for client engagements, guiding cross-functional teams across data science, software engineering, and operations.
Architect and implement production-ready AI systems on cloud and on-prem environments, including data pipelines, feature stores, and model deployment.
Monitor and optimize model performance, retraining loops, and MLOps processes to ensure reliable, high-impact outcomes.
Engage with clients from planning through execution and closure, identifying opportunities for additional services and managing engagement economics.
Coach and supervise technical teams, drive process improvements, and communicate complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
Requirements include 6-10 years in AI/Data Science/ML, 2-4 years in people management, strong Python, and hands-on experience with Generative AI, NLP, and cloud-based production workloads.
