The role
Lead the design and execution of next-generation ML-based evaluation metrics for embodied AI, ensuring scientific rigor across driving AI applications.
Architect scalable systems to train and fine-tune large-scale generative models that simulate realistic driving behaviors.
Design and iterate RL algorithms and reward functions to generate high-fidelity, insightful driving scenarios.
Develop cutting-edge DL models and Generative AI solutions (LLMs, VLMs) to streamline triage, automate high-volume workflows, and detect driving anomalies.
Implement RLHF-based data collection and evaluation strategies, incorporating best practices from the industry.
Provide technical mentorship, align cross-functional teams (Driver Understanding, Simulation, System Engineering, Research, Onboard Software), and lead complex projects from conception to delivery.
