The role
The role involves supporting rheumatology clinics and ward clinical services, leading biosimilar switching and pathway optimisation within complex medication management. Candidates should possess extensive clinical pharmacy experience, excellent communication skills, and a UK registration to work as a pharmacist. The position includes supporting non-medical prescribing, clinical governance, and antimicrobial stewardship, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
