The role
Drive the core technical direction of a new consumer AI product by building end-to-end ML systems from data to deployment.
Design and experiment with frontier models, architectures, and training strategies to deliver high-impact user experiences.
Own the training pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and scalable inference stacks; optimize for latency and throughput across GPUs.
Develop data systems for high-quality synthetic and real-world data; implement alignment, safety, and guardrails.
Prototype innovative techniques (retrieval-augmented training, mixture-of-experts, multimodal models) and shape early product directions.
Operate autonomously in a founding team, balancing speed with rigor to ship robust, production-grade systems.
