The role
A property photographer captures high-quality images and videos of properties, producing professional floorplans and editing content with specialised software. The role involves working on-site at various locations to highlight property features, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams, and organising digital assets efficiently. Candidates should have proven experience in real estate photography, proficiency in DSLR cameras, and skills in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Final Cut Pro. Attention to detail, creativity, communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. Familiarity with real estate terminology and a full UK driving licence are advantageous, supporting the creation of compelling visual marketing content.
