The role
Responsible for the end-to-end business development lifecycle across pursuits and proposals focused on federal civilian mission and technology programs.
Routinely build and manage a healthy pipeline, pursuing opportunities typically valued at $200M+ while guiding capture and win strategy.
Engage federal civilian customers to shape requirements, acquisition timing, and contract-vehicle choices, translating the voice of the customer into winning solutions.
Plan, lead, and execute BD activities, including pipeline development, win-ability qualification, milestone-driven pursuit progression, and knowledge capture.
Coordinate meetings with customers and stakeholders to develop market insight on requirements, acquisition strategy, and solutioning, and lead proposal content such as white papers and RFI responses.
Drive large prime single-award opportunities and top pursuits from $50M to $1B, while mentoring teams and reporting progress to senior leadership.
