The role
The RN on the Surgical Unit joins a fast-paced team to deliver direct patient care in a 25 private-room unit in Casper, WY. The New Graduate RN Residency provides structured clinical mentorship, including precepted experiences and a strong emphasis on competency development. Program activities include simulation training, competency validation, Cerner EMR orientation, and hands-on skills labs. Shifts are three 12-hour days per week with weekend and holiday rotations, with self-scheduling after orientation. Requirements include current RN licensure, BLS, up to 12 months of RN experience, and BSN preferred (ADN accepted at select locations). The role offers multiple career pathways and resources for professional growth across leadership, specialty, or non-bedside nursing tracks.
