The role
Lead full-cycle recruitment for office-based roles across licensed home care agencies, from front-line staff to director-level.
Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, post roles, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews.
Manage the offer process, pre-employment screenings, background checks, and onboarding to ensure a compliant, professional start.
Oversee onboarding communications, new hire paperwork, and orientation coordination with internal teams.
Support the employee referral program and stay current on candidate and industry trends.
