The role
Partner with Fortnite Ecosystem Growth to define strategy and evaluate initiatives across the Developer Economy, IP Development, Creator Relations, and Genre Campaigns.
Define KPIs to measure team initiatives and translate raw data into scalable models and production metrics.
Develop data pipelines and Tableau dashboards to inform product decisions and optimize user engagement.
Collaborate with product, marketing, business, and technology teams to ensure aligned goals and timely execution.
Instrument data collection, maintain data quality, and apply experimental design and causal inference to assess impact.
Demonstrate strong product intuition and communicate insights clearly to drive strategic direction.
