The role
The role involves making outbound calls to warm and lapsed leads, building rapport with clients, and promoting treatments and offers. It requires maintaining CRM records, following up on enquiries, and achieving sales targets within a fast-paced team environment. Candidates should have previous call centre or outbound sales experience, excellent communication skills, and resilience handling objections.
