The role
As the Senior Product Manager for Allspice, you will define the multi-year roadmap and strategy for the card offers platform, aligning cross-functional partners.
You will drive modernization of the technology stack, integrating AI and ML to enable enterprise-scale decisioning across omnichannel experiences.
Lead customer research, prototyping, and test-and-learn programs to build MVPs and validate hypotheses.
Direct high-availability engineering teams to deliver scalable, real-time systems that process millions of offers annually.
Foster strong relationships with downstream operations and stakeholders to ensure capabilities meet business needs.
Serve as the primary architect for platform strategy at the intersection of data, design, and technology, balancing user needs with business outcomes.
