The role
Senior Associate in Corporate Finance – Business Valuation: support strategic acquisitions and divestitures with a focus on intangible assets.
Regularly perform valuations for strategic priorities and provide fairness opinions on transactions and restructurings.
Collaborate with management to determine how asset values impact accounting, regulatory reporting, and financial compliance.
Conduct valuations for US tax purposes and advise on related tax valuation issues.
Specialize in valuing intangible assets such as trademarks, brand names, customer relationships, licenses, patents, technology and know-how.
Work with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment, with mentoring and formal learning to develop leadership and professional growth.
