The role
A database administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining client databases across various platforms including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and Postgres, with a focus on SQL and Solaris expertise. The role involves completing assigned tasks within specified timeframes and supporting project managers with both ongoing and project-specific activities. Candidates should possess excellent customer handling skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Experience with early versions of the mentioned database technologies is advantageous. Security clearance is required, and candidates who have had high-level security clearances in the past are encouraged to apply.
