The role
Under direction, performs technical and analytical work supporting HR operations across recruitment, HRIS, leave administration, and compliance.
Serves as a technical resource to management and staff, answering data inquiries and guiding efficient workflows.
Conducts research and analyzes personnel data to support reporting, audits, and strategic HR initiatives.
Identifies and assists with implementing automated solutions and HRIS tools to improve processes and efficiency.
Develops and maintains HR documentation, generates standard and ad hoc reports, and supports policy and procedure development.
Ensures data privacy, regulatory compliance, and a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and a positive work environment.
