The role
Lead the Global Procurement organization for R&D, partnering with R&D leadership to translate strategy into action.
Develop and execute category strategies that optimize cost, quality, service levels, and risk across the R&D supplier base.
Drive market intelligence, supplier negotiations, and SRM programs to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
Oversee sourcing activities, guide RFx processes, and approve complex procurement documentation.
Build and develop a high-performing team with succession planning and cross-functional collaboration.
Collaborate with Finance to model value and P&L impact, ensure policy compliance, and advance procurement excellence.
