The role
A remedial plumber operates across commercial and industrial sites, performing plumbing and water hygiene tasks while ensuring high customer service standards. Responsibilities include reading site plans, managing materials, maintaining detailed records with photographic evidence, and controlling stock levels effectively. The role requires good organisational skills, the ability to work under tight schedules, and a professional appearance in uniform. Nationwide travel and occasional overnight stays are expected, along with surveying jobs and preparing quotations. Candidates should have a full driving licence, NVQ level 2 in plumbing, and desirable experience with PASMA, IPAF, and heating pipework.
