The role

Coordinate the delivery, setup, and testing of surgical equipment across the Tidewater region.
Provide on-site training and hands-on technical support to hospital OR staff.
Track inventory, service logs, and assist with preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
Troubleshoot on-site equipment issues and escalate as needed to ensure smooth procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and strong client relationships.
This role offers regional travel, on-call availability, and comprehensive onboarding and training.
