The role
Data Intellect seeks a mid-level Python Engineer to join their team in Belfast, contributing to data platform projects used in international capital markets. The role involves developing data pipelines, configuring solutions, and collaborating with clients to understand technical requirements. Candidates should have 3-5 years' experience with Python and data engineering technologies such as Pandas, Kubernetes, and Apache Airflow. They will work on long-term client engagements, supporting and troubleshooting production systems and helping to expand OneTick capability. The position offers hybrid working with potential travel to London and New York to facilitate client delivery and training. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential, with knowledge of financial services or time-series data considered advantageous.
