The role
Lead complex data projects from start to finish, translating business questions into actionable analytics with ELT-based data models.
Perform deep-dive analyses on large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and models in collaboration with global data and analytics teams.
Create and deliver weekly dashboards and insights using Power BI to drive data-driven decisions.
Establish onboarding programs for new analytics teammates and foster continuous learning through workshops and external partnerships.
Own deadlines and ensure high-quality, reliable outputs while balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
