The role
Lead end-to-end IT implementation programs on the o9 platform, with a focus on supply chain and replenishment planning.
Define scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies, and resource plans to drive on-time delivery.
Act as the primary liaison between senior business stakeholders, clients, and technology teams to ensure alignment.
Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues while enforcing governance and quality checkpoints.
Provide regular status reporting, dashboards, and metrics, and mentor cross-functional teams for delivery discipline.
Serve as the SME for o9 replenishment and supply chain planning modules, driving process improvements and value realization.
