The role
Lead the multi-year technical roadmap for a Core GenAI Platform, aligning across engineering teams to accelerate GenAI adoption.
Design and scale mission-critical systems for model inference, orchestration, and compliance.
Identify systemic technical risks and drive risk mitigation across initiatives.
Build reusable platform components that boost engineer productivity and enable cost-efficient, low-latency AI workloads.
Mentor senior engineers and grow technical leaders, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Collaborate with executive stakeholders to shape strategy, represent the platform as a GenAI thought leader, and establish standards for security, fairness, and reliability.
