The role
Lead end-to-end projects across productivity, events, real estate activity, and other business-critical initiatives from concept through stabilization.
Develop clear project plans with timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation to ensure timely delivery and sustained impact.
Influence cross-functional partners to meet milestones and commitments, translating complex initiatives into actionable plans.
Monitor performance with data-driven analysis, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
Support rollout of store operations strategies, tools, and processes to improve compliance, service levels, productivity, and cost reduction.
Contribute to change management and executive reporting through dashboards and clear communication of progress and insights.
