The role
Lead the collection, cleaning, and analysis of People data from multiple sources to enable evidence-based decisions.
Own the people analytics platform (Crunchr) and drive the internal product roadmap.
Partner with business leaders to address organizational challenges and translate insights into regular decision-making.
Build data models to understand retention and performance; conduct ad-hoc analyses on hiring, retention, culture, and more.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy and confidentiality policies.
Communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders and influence strategic initiatives.
