The role
The Job Coach provides on-site support and training to individuals to help them adjust to workplace routines and transportation.
Responsible for documenting interventions, following plans of service, and ensuring compliance with agency and state requirements.
Assist with vocational assessment, discovery, job development, pre-employment activities, job placement, on-the-job coaching, and travel training.
Collaborate with Employment Specialists, employers, families, and care teams to develop goals, resolve issues, and create community job opportunities.
Maintain HIPAA-compliant records in the EHR or paper notes, and ensure accurate data collection and timely reporting.
Promote safety, positive behavioral supports, transportation safety, and community integration while adhering to all policies and applicable regulations.
