This paid program develops the next generation of residential surveyors through structured training and practical experience.
You will combine classroom sessions with on-the-job shadowing of experienced surveyors to build practical valuation and surveying skills.
The role focuses on residential property valuations, property-related work, and developing expertise in building surveying and valuation methodologies.
You will be supported through regular assessments, mentoring, and a clear career path toward AssocRICS qualification and progression.
The ideal candidate has a relevant RICS-accredited degree or equivalent, plus property-related work experience, with a commitment to professional standards.
Key requirements include valuation modules, pathology module on residential buildings, and experience handling property caseloads with decision-making responsibility.
