Lead and provide dedicated HR advisory support to managers and employees on absence, conduct, capability, grievances, and other employee relations matters. Manage and guide on complex casework, ensuring decisions align with legislation, best practice, and organisational standards. Deliver and contribute to HR projects and policy development from concept through implementation and embedding across the organisation. Utilise HR data and systems to analyse trends, deliver meaningful workforce insights, and support senior decision-making. Build strong relationships with managers, staff and union representatives to support wellbeing and organisational priorities. Influence culture and wellbeing initiatives by partnering with senior leaders and driving improvements in HR services and performance.
