The role
The Assistant Manager Product leads the Small Leather Goods, Costume Jewelry, and Other Accessories categories, driving business through in-store leadership and elevated client experiences.
Coaches and inspires the sales team on the selling floor, fostering a positive culture of feedback and teamwork.
Delivers training on product details, service delivery, and brand savoir-faire to elevate client experiences.
Manages category performance through analysis, reporting, and strategic assortment planning in collaboration with the Home Office buying team.
Leads category initiatives and KPI-driven improvements, partnering with the Home Office on category strategies.
Represents the brand in the market through community involvement and events, supporting social and seasonal programs to grow the client base.
