The role

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems on automated manufacturing equipment, including PLCs, drives, gauges, and controls.
Plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance using knowledge of electrical/electronic, mechanical theories, local and national codes, and safety procedures.
Install, start up, and shut down equipment in accordance with safety standards and OSHA requirements, coordinating with operators and maintenance staff.
Advise operators on safe operating procedures and work requirements; communicate potential electrical/mechanical issues to management and line staff.
Diagnose and repair components such as transformers, wiring, sensors, transducers, and drive systems; adapt to new procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
Qualifications include PLC ladder logic experience, CAD schematics proficiency, VFD expertise, industrial maintenance, and ability to work off-hours for emergency service; bilingual ability is a plus.
