The role
Lead end-to-end PCB development from schematic capture to production-ready boards, focusing on signal integrity and manufacturability.
Oversee PCBA bring-up, component selection, layout reviews, and design verification; perform hands-on assembly, soldering, desoldering, and rework during prototyping.
Execute functional, environmental, and reliability testing; support debugging and root-cause analysis with appropriate test equipment.
Collaborate with layout engineers and suppliers on DFM, DFT, and NPI activities to ensure quality and manufacturability.
Document designs, test results, and engineering change orders; maintain traceability for IPC and reliability standards.
Requires 5+ years in electronics product development with hands-on experience across schematic design, multi-layer layouts, and high-speed interfaces.
