The role
A children’s complex care assistant is needed in Ravenshead to support a 14-year-old girl with complex needs. The role involves working three nights per week in the family home, providing personalised care with a focus on health and safety. The candidate must be caring, outgoing, and ideally have experience or willingness to learn in paediatric and complex care. The role includes coordinating with healthcare professionals to execute care plans and ensure the well-being of the individual supported. Applicants need to pass an enhanced child barred DBS check, references, and training completion. The position offers 30 contracted hours weekly, a stakeholder pension, free DBS, and bespoke training, supporting a permanent contract within a familial home environment.
