The role
The role focuses on delivering product customization and customer support by developing new design variants within a verified design space, ensuring robustness and fit-for-purpose.
Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and maintain Design History Files and product specifications to support compliant development.
Lead technical reviews, drive design verification, validation, and qualification, and manage the design transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
Provide expert responses to complex customer questions regarding commercialized product designs and support cross-functional teams with technical guidance.
Plan and prioritize technical activities to meet project milestones and promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the organization.
Ensure adherence to quality policies, pursue appropriate IP opportunities, and operate effectively in a regulated environment.
