The role
The legal counsel provides expert legal support to business leaders across EMEA, specialising in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts within a complex business environment. They deliver legal advice, develop training, and build relationships with stakeholders to support strategic growth and compliance. The role involves risk assessment, managing claims and litigation, and contributing to process improvements and digitalisation initiatives. It requires sound knowledge of commercial law, experience in complex negotiations, and the ability to translate technical requirements into contractual language. The candidate should demonstrate strong stakeholder management, independence, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with manufacturing, data protection, EU law, and languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish would be advantageous.
