Lead Engineer - Network Engineering

Lead Engineer responsible for the end-to-end design, deployment, and operationalization of enterprise data network platforms across data centers, campuses, and cloud integrations. Develop comprehensive design documentation, guide deployment, and ensure network scalability, reliability, and alignment with best practices. Collaborate with Architecture, Applications, and IT Security teams to deliver network solutions that meet clinical, administrative, and research needs. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and establish roadmaps, governance, and change-control processes to minimize disruption. Lead security, compliance, and resilience initiatives, including zero-trust, segmentation, threat mitigation, and regulatory alignment (HIPAA, SOX, GDPR where applicable). Drive capacity planning, multi-cloud networking, SD-WAN, automation, and adoption of emerging technologies to deliver secure, low-latency, high-availability networks.
