The role
The position involves developing intelligent software solutions within the AI Engineering and Labs team, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to understand business challenges and create impactful software. Candidates are expected to have a strong attention to detail, ownership of their work, and the ability to document and deliver scalable, robust products to end users. They should be skilled in gathering and refining requirements, designing solutions using industry best practices, and communicating effectively across teams. The role requires experience with application development, databases, and APIs, as well as familiarity with machine learning, cloud platforms, containerisation, and CI/CD pipelines. A university degree in a STEM discipline and at least three years’ relevant experience are essential, with preferred skills including modern JavaScript, DevOps, and Linux.
